Check-In Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4:00PM
  • Meridian CondoResorts Office is located at: 8390 E. Via de Ventura, Suite F208 Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
  • Please note, all condos are located approximately 15 minutes from our office.
  • We offer 2 Check In options that you can select after making your reservation: Express Check In or Office Check In

Express Check In

  • Express Check In allows you to skip the line and go directly to your condo. When your condo is ready on your arrival day, you will receive an email and text message with all of the information you need for your stay: your condo address, unit number, property map, a GPS link to your assigned parking space, and the lock box instructions to access your condo.
  • If you have multiple condos reserved, you will receive a separate e-mail / text message for each condo.

Office Check In

  • Our office is open daily from 9:00AM – 6:00 PM. If you are arriving to Scottsdale before 6:00 p.m. and you prefer to check in with our Front Desk Team we would love to see you. To easily find our office, Please click here for detailed directions to our office.
  • Please note, if you arrive after 6:00PM, Express Check In is required. If you are unsure of your arrival time we recommend selecting our Express Check In because you can still stop by our office during our regular business hours if you prefer. We love meeting our guests!
  • If you need an early check in (before 3:00PM), please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Check Out Procedures

  • Check out is before 10:00AM.

At check in, you will receive Express Check Out Instructions where you may simply call, text, or e-mail to check out. Just leave the keys in your condo and you are good to go!

Deposits, Modifications and Cancellations

  •  50 percent deposit is required to reserve any condo or golf package. The deposit is fully refundable for any reservation canceled by 6:00PM, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations or Modifications to your reservation may made by 6:00PM, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if any reservation is cancelled after 6:00PM, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Modifications to the reservation are not permitted within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • There is no refund for checking out before your scheduled departure date or for arrival after your scheduled check-in date.
  • Full and non-refundable payment for tee times, activities/tours or rental cars may be required based on vendor policy.

Payments

  • Payment in full is required before check-in. For after hour check-ins, the balance will be charged to the card(s) on file on the arrival date unless otherwise requested from guest.
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. You may also pay with cash, check or money order.

Policies

  • Rates do not include local taxes and gratuities.
  • All reservations are subject to availability. Unless otherwise noted, there is no guarantee of a specific room number or location, but we always try to accommodate special requests (premiums may apply).
  • Choose one (1) King or two (2) XL Twin beds in each bedroom. Bed types may be confirmed with at least 7-day advance notice.
  • Rates may not apply to special events or holidays.
  • Meridian is not responsible for representations of course descriptions and conditions.
  • Pets are allowed in select condos for $50 per night, $150 minimum, $300 maximum for one pet and $400 maximum for two pets. Additionally, there is a $300 refundable deposit for one pet and a $400 refundable deposit for two pets. Pets must weigh less than 80 pounds (collective weight). Up to two pets per condo. Breed restrictions apply.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

    FAQs

    Early check in requests are based upon availability. We always try our absolute best to accommodate guests requests but please contact us a few days prior to your arrival to get an update and to go over details.

    Yes, we can get you checked in any time! Our office is open daily until 6:00 p.m. so if you plan on arriving after 6:00 p.m. we will be able to arrange an Express Check In.

    Late check out requests are based upon availability. If we do not have a reservation set to check in the day you check out we can usually extend your check out time to 12:00 p.m. We always try our absolute best to accommodate our guests requests but please contact us the day prior to check out to discuss.

    The Express Check In option will allow you to bypass our front desk line so you can make the most of your stay with. So if you end up playing a round of golf on your arrival day or if you do get into town a bit later you can check-in at your convenience through a Lock Box.

    If your stay is up to 29 nights the current local tax rate is 14.02%. If your stay is 30 nights or more, the tax rate is 1.75%.

    You will have a drive of approximately 25-35 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). The Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) is approximately 40 minutes away.

    If you are unsure of your exact arrival time or think you may be cutting it close to getting to our Check in Office by 6:00PM, we always recommend setting up the Express Check In in advance. If you do arrive after we close and need assistance we can be reached at any time at: (800) 213-6446.

    We will always do our best to work with you when there is an emergency and you need to cancel or reschedule your trip. Please keep in mind you may lose all of your 50% deposit so we recommend purchasing travel insurance if you think there is a chance you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip.
