You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. If your reservation is more than 30 days away, you can modify your dates without penalty, though the price will adjust based on your changes. Modifications may not be allowed within 30 days of arrival, but we will do our best to assist you if plans change. We recommend obtaining travel insurance for added protection.
“Get 4 Instant Quotes” is a service where you enter basic trip details, such as travel dates, the number of golfers, and rounds of golf. You’ll receive four package options tailored to your request, featuring different price points. Book one of these packages online or call our Golf Vacation Specialists for assistance.
To add golf to your reservation, simply select your desired golf courses during the booking process on our website. You can choose from various golf packages tailored to your preferences.
Unlimited Golf at Meridian CondoResorts allows you to play additional rounds of golf at no extra charge after completing your initial 18 holes, subject to availability. You only pay for 18 holes but can enjoy the opportunity to play more. Our seasoned pros can create an all-inclusive Unlimited Golf Stay & Play package for you and your group, ensuring a memorable golfing experience.
We work with Alamo Car Rental at the airport. You can easily add a rental car to your reservation through our online booking system, which integrates your transportation with your accommodations and golf arrangements. This ensures a smooth transition from arrival to departure. Simply select the rental car option during the booking process. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our team for help.

Our condos are located approximately 10-12 minutes north of our Check-in Office, in some of Scottsdale’s nicest areas. We feature multiple properties, each furnished and decorated consistently to ensure a comfortable stay.
We accept all major credit cards and also allow payments by check, wire transfer, or direct deposit. Our secure online payment option enables you and your group to handle payments and deposits either online or by phone.
Absolutely! Meridian CondoResorts allows up to two pets per condo with a combined weight of up to 80 lbs. for an additional fee of $50 per night (minimum 3-night stay), plus a $400 refundable deposit. Both dogs and cats are welcome, and pets may be left in the room unattended. Please note that breed and other restrictions apply, so check with us to confirm your pet’s eligibility and any associated fees before your arrival.
When booking your reservation online, you can choose your preferred bed arrangements for each bedroom: either 1 King Bed or 2 Extra-Long Twin Beds. If you need to change the bed arrangements after booking, please inform us at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
Yes, all of our properties feature a pool, along with a hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ grilling areas throughout the property. Enjoy relaxing by the pool during your stay!
Yes, our secure online payment option allows the group to manage their payments and deposits individually. Each member can take care of their portion online or by phone, using major credit cards or checks, wire transfer, and direct deposit.

If there is a golf course you’re interested in that is not on our list, please let us know. Our team knows all local courses and can often add your preferred course to your golf package or recommend an alternative that is equal in quality if not better.
Yes, you can rent golf clubs through Meridian CondoResorts. We can add them to your golf package and have them waiting in your condo upon arrival. After your final day of play, leave the clubs in your condo, and we will arrange to pick them up. Ask your Golf Vacation Specialist to help add this to your reservation and assist in selecting the best set for your needs.
