It offers an affordable alternative to a hotel or having to rent an unfurnished apartment with all of the extra work and costs involved to furnish it on your own. It is typically used by companies to house employees who are relocating or have a short terms project in the area and other traveling professions such as business consultants, contract workers, and traveling nurses.

There is a resort style pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The condos are located in one of the nicest parts in all of Scottsdale so you will be minutes away from top dining options, grocery stores, activities, nightlife, and much more!

Meridian CondoResorts offers One, Two, and Three bedroom Condos. Ranging from 900 square feet to 1400 square feet you will have much more space compared to a traditional hotel room. There is a full living room with 65 inch smart TV, a full size kitchen with all of the utensils to prepare your own meals, and a washer and dryer. Meridian CondoResorts offers a true home away from home feel!

For our extended stays, our experienced housekeeping team comes by once a week for a full cleaning service. During our cleaning we provide fresh linens and towels, take out the trash, clean the dishes, vacuum, restock supplies, and can accommodate any special requests you may have!

Most corporate rentals require a 30 night minimum but Meridian CondoResorts has no minimum. So whether you need to stay a few nights, a week, a month, or a few months we can help. We also offer our guests the option to extend at any time to give you the flexibility you need.
