Since Meridian CondoResorts was founded over 25 years ago, we have always placed an emphasis on health and safety for our guests and associates. Our director of operations and housekeeping staff personally inspect each unit before a guest checks-in. The highest standard of cleanliness is in our goal.

The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances. We continue to closely follow the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, both domestically and abroad. We are in regular contact with local authorities. Our teams are monitoring the most up-to-the-minute information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Governor’s Office of Arizona.

Our housekeeping staff is still adhering to their regular cleaning procedures for our condos; however, we have implemented additional sanitation steps.

We are washing all kitchen items such as dishes, drinking glasses, cups and eating utensils in the dishwasher using soap/detergent each time a guest checks out of a unit.

We are cleaning all ‘high-touch’ surfaces such as desks, counters, table tops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards and bedside tables after each guest checks out with disinfectant.

We are cleaning toilets with a separate set of cleaning equipment (disposable cleaning cloths, mops)

We are sanitizing paper amenities such as pen, notepads, magazines and brochures after each check out.

We are cleaning floors with disinfectant or bleach solution, starting from one end of the premises to another (from the exit inwards) after each check-out.

We are washing laundry items such as bedding, towels, tea towels, cushion covers and other fabrics and dry thoroughly with a dryer. Our staff wear disposable gloves while handling soiled items and are required to wash their hands immediately after removing gloves or after handling these items.

Flexible cancellation and modification policies: We are working with all of our guests to allow them enough room to make informed decisions about their trips. We are offering flexible options such as waiving penalty fees for modifying reservations and much more.

Contactless Check-ins: All guests checking-in have the option of using our remote check-in program and go straight to their condo without having to stop by our check-in office to pick up keys. This minimizes any unnecessary contact and travel for our guests.

Common areas: Pools and outdoor grills are open for use with social distancing guidelines and limited capacity. These common areas are vigorously cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.

Golf courses: Courses have social distancing guidelines in place and enhanced cleaning procedures. There are limitations on the number of players in the Club House  The courses are also instituting temporary rules such as keeping the flagpole in the hole at all times.

We do not know when the COVID-19 pandemic will be over or when our lives will return to some sort of normalcy. But we want our guests and our associates to know that when the time comes to travel once again, we will be ready to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment.

Yes. Meridian CondoResorts has created training specifically on COVID-19 and related safety and sanitation protocols. We are continuously following the latest expert advice and guidelines from the CDC and Arizona’s health department.

Meridian CondoResorts has always had high standards of cleanliness with well-established cleaning processes and training in place. On a regular basis, we strive to adopt the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room cleaning procedures.

We use EPA- or local authority approved cleaning products that are safe for associates and guests. If you have a specific allergen or safety question about the products used, we encourage you to reach out to us for information on the specific products.
