You can book your condo on our booking engine (above) or call (800) 213-6446 and speak with one of our vacation specialists. A 50 percent deposit is required to reserve your condo or golf package.
Our online booking engine is very user friendly and only takes 2 – 3 minutes to complete. If you prefer to speak with a live representative just give us a call and we will be happy to assist you with your reservation by phone for no additional fee.
We accept all of the major credit cards or you can pay by check. We offer a secure online payment option so the group can take care of their payments/deposits either online or by phone.
Your 50 percent deposit will be charged as soon as you submit your online booking.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt within 24 hours of securing your reservation online and often within minutes.
The deposit is fully refundable for any reservation canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable if any reservation is canceled within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
We will always do our best to work with you but we strongly suggest that you obtain travelers’ insurance to reimburse you for any deposit lost as a result of medical illness or any other unforeseen circumstances as the deposit in non-refundable.
If your reservation is outside 30 days of your scheduled arrival date you can modify your dates at no penalty. Keep in mind the price will be reflected based on the new dates. Modifications to the reservation are not permitted within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. However, we will always do our best to assist you if your plans change.
Our Condos are located approximately 10-12 minutes north of our Check-in Office in some of the nicest parts of Scottsdale. We feature multiple properties and each property is furnished and decorated exactly the same.
All of our condos are very comparable to each other but we are happy to go over our specific properties with you to figure out which property would best fit your group’s needs.
Our main airport is the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), this is where the majority of our guests will fly into. Some guests also fly into our Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA).
Our condos are located in Scottsdale and approximately 25-30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 35-40 minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (traffic may affect these travel times)
Yes, we work with Alamo Rental Car and pick up and drop off is at the airport. You can see our rates online at https://condoresorts.com/rental-car/. Contact us at (800) 213-6446 and a representative can assist you with adding a rental car to your reservation.
We do not include Transportation and if you prefer not to rent a vehicle, you can take a cab, use Uber or Lyft or look into a Car Service. Feel free to contact us for assistance with any transportation needs.
I never received an e-mail confirmation or receipt after booking my reservation online but my credit card was charged?
It is possible the e-mails went into your spam folder. If you are unable to retrieve your e-mail confirmation or receipt please contact our office at (800) 213-6446 our representative will assist you.
Our office is open daily from 9 am – 6 pm and we usually extend hours from October – May.
One Bedroom/One Bath, Two Bedroom/Two Bath, and Three Bedroom/Two Bath Condos
One Bedroom/One Bath is approximately 900 sq ft, Two Bedroom/Two Bath is approximately 1200 sq ft, and Three Bedroom/Two Bath is approximately 1400 sq ft
The Condos are fully furnished and move-in ready. They feature a full kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, a private balcony or patio, and a reserved parking space. They also include a phone with free long distance to the US and Canada, cable, and wi-fi.
Each bedroom can be arranged with 1 King Bed or 2 Extra Long Twin Beds. When booking your reservation online you will be able to choose the requested bed arrangements for each bedroom. If a change to the bed arrangements needs to be made please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Our comfortable couches do not have a sleeper sofa so we have included a large queen air mattress along with extra bedding in all of our condos.
If you stay 9+ nights you will get 1 complimentary cleaning for each week you stay. Daily cleaning is not included but can be added for an additional fee (click here for pricing https://condoresorts.com/guest-services/).
There is no Restaurant or Bar on site, but there are a plethora of places to eat and drink within just a few minutes of the condos.
You can walk to some options, but in most cases, you will be a short drive away from many excellent dining options, grocery stores, and shopping malls such as The Kierland Commons, The Scottsdale Quarter, DC Ranch Marketplace, and Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Yes, we have specific pet-friendly condos (additional pet fees apply). Please let us know you have a pet staying with you when you reserve your condo.
Yes, as long as we have availability. Please reach out to let us know as soon as you find out if you need to or want to extend your stay. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs and can usually figure out a great solution even over sold-out nights.

All of the properties feature a Pool, A Hot Tub, a Fitness Center, and BBQ Grilling areas throughout the Property.
You will still come to our Check-in Office at 8390 East Via De Ventura Suite F-208 Scottsdale, AZ 85258. You will receive an Email and Text from our Front Desk Team on your day of arrival that will contain your Locker Number and Combination code to unlock the locker. Inside the locker will be a Packet that contains Keys to your Condo, Directions to your Condo, Condo Information, and Check out Information.
