FAQs

Meridian CondoResorts has been booking golf packages for over 30 years and is the #1 tee-time provider in Arizona. Due to our long-standing relationships with our partner courses, we are able to provide our guests with the best possible rates. Although the discount varies by course, our Golf & Vacation Specialists will help build a golf itinerary that best fits your needs.

Meridian CondoResorts not only has great rates, but we specialize in golf vacations. We make suggestions, check course availability, and secure your tee times — all you need to do is show up and enjoy! We also offer an “unlimited golf” option at multiple courses. For Unlimited Golf, we confirm your first tee time. After completing 18 holes, you can book another round of golf at no additional charge (subject to availability on the day of play).

Prior to your arrival, your condo has been professionally cleaned and approved by at least one of our housekeeping supervisors. Each condo is fully stocked with plenty of towels, with more hidden under the master bathroom sink. Daily housekeeping is not included, but it may be added to your reservation for an additional fee (see above). (Note: extended stays have complimentary housekeeping scheduled every 15-days)

If you are getting into town late or want to avoid stopping at the grocery store, we offer the option to pre-stock your condo in advance. You can reach out to our team with a detailed list of what you would like to have stocked in the condo(s) — including beer, wine, and spirits. Just send over the list and have your items waiting for you upon arrival. The cost of the groceries as well as the delivery fee (see above) are added to your total package price and billed on your arrival day.

While there are no on-site spas, Meridian CondoResorts works with many full service spas just minutes away from our condos, offering multiple package and service options.

Meridian CondoResorts partners with Alamo Car Rentals and offers preferred rates on multiple different vehicle types. As well, enjoy the benefit of adding a second driver for no additional cost, unlimited miles, and an extended 59-minute return window. Car rental-pick ups and drop-offs are available at both Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA).

An air mattress with extra bedding is included in every condo at no additional cost. You can find the air mattress in the master bedroom closet.
