Meridian’s Cancellation Policy:

- For special events, the remaining 50 % Balance is required 60 day prior to the scheduled arrival date and the deposit is refundable, minus a 5 % cancellation fee, only if the Reservation is cancelled by 6pm Arizona time 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The Reservation, Deposit and Balance are non-refundable and non-modifilable at or after 6PM Arizona time 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date
- For special events, 100 % is due at the time of booking. The Reservation and all monies paid are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-modifiable
